Pumpkin Cake 45 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package yellow cake mix (minus 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 can pumpkin pie mix (1 lb 14 ounce)
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk (small can)
  • 1 cup extra cake mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter
Directions
Grease bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Combine cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg and press in bottom of pan.

Mix pumpkin pie mix, 2 eggs and evaporated milk until smooth and pour over crust.

Mix extra cake mix, sugar, cinnamon and butter until crumbly and sprinkle over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool to refrigerate and serve with Cool Whip.
