Strawberry Brownie Shortcake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package double fudge brownie mix
  • 1 vanilla instant pudding (3.5 ounce )
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 quart fresh Strawberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease bottom and sides of two 9 inch round cake pans. Prepare brownie mix according to pkg. directions for cake like brownies. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 20-25 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pans and cool completely. Stir pudding mix and milk until mixed well. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Chill. To serve, place one brownie layer on plate, top with half of pudding mixture and strawberries. Repeat with top layer.
