Pumpkin Angel Food Cake 7 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Betty Crocker angel food cake mix (18.25 ounce )
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup cold water
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Put all ingredients in metal or glass bowl, adding dry cake mix last

3. Mix with mixer at low speed for 30 seconds, then medium speed 1 minute

4. Put into angel food cake pan

5. Bake 37-47 minutes or til crust is golden and cracks are dry

6. Cool
