VANILLA PUDDING (SUGAR FREE DIABETIC) Recipe

Ingredients
  • CRUST:
  • 1/2 box graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Splenda (sugar substitute)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • PUDDING:
  • 2 boxes sugar free vanilla pudding (large boxes)
  • 8 ounces sugar free whipped topping
Directions
Mix crust ingredients together.

Press into 9x13" pan. Bake on 350° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

For Pudding, mix pudding according to package directions. Pour over cooled graham cracker crust. Top with whipped topping.

**NOTE: Make extra graham crust & crumble on top for garnish & crunch.
