Graham Cracker Pudding Recipe

  • 25 graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup broken nuts
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Mix together the butter and sugar. Add eggs, then nuts and pineapple. Place a few of the crumbs on the bottom of a pan or dish. Top with some of the mixture; then a layer of the crumbs. Repeat until all is used, ending with some crumbs on top. Place in refrigerator overnight. Optional: Top with whipped cream before serving.
