CHEWY WALNUT SQUARES Gluten Free Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg unbeaten
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Grease an 8 in. square pan. Stir together egg, brown sugar, and vanilla.

Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt mixture. Add walnuts. Spread in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 mins.
