Pumpkin Cheese Cake 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can pumpkin (16 ounce can)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 4 eggs
Directions
Mix crumbs and butter together. Press into springform pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar and spices till fluffy. Add pumpkin. Beat eggs in one at a time. Pour into crust in springform pan. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool to room temp. Refrigerate for 3 hours then remove from pan.
