| | Directions | | Mix crumbs and butter together. Press into springform pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar and spices till fluffy. Add pumpkin. Beat eggs in one at a time. Pour into crust in springform pan. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool to room temp. Refrigerate for 3 hours then remove from pan. |
