Crustless Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sifted all purpose flour (sift before measuring)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10 inch pie pan. Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl, then stir in sugar, flour, melted butter, milk, coconut and vanilla; blend well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
