Pumpkin Bars 63 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 can pumpkin (small can)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ICING
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream eggs and oil. Add sugar and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients. Pour into well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. For icing, blend cream cheese and butter together. Then, add rest of ingredients. Cool pumpkin bars, frost and refrigerate. Enjoy!
