PUMPKIN CAKE 10 Recipe

Ingredients
  • CRUST
  • 1 package Yellow Cake Mix (Set aside 1 cup of mix for topping)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • FILLING
  • 3 cups pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • TOPPING
  • 1 cup cake mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup margarine
Directions
CRUST

Mix and press into bottom of greased 13"x9" baking pan.

FILLING

Beat until smooth and pour over the crust.

TOPPING

Combine ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until a knife comes out of filling clean.
