Lemon - Garlic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut up in bite-size pieces - use 4 or 5 frozen chicken breasts
  • Olive Oil
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 - 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions
  • Sauté the chicken pieces with a little olive oil and cracked pepper until almost done.
  • Add in minced garlic and lemon juice, along with chicken broth and Dijon mustard.
  • Simmer until it is all concentrated.
  • Serve with rice.
