Fine Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix sugar, butter, cream and salt in saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When the mixture boils, remove it from the heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until the mixture is creamy, then add the pecans. Pour into well greased 8" pan. When the fudge cools, cut into pieces.
