Grilled Chicken Fettuccini Recipe

  • 1 whipping cream
  • 1/3 butter - do not substitute
  • 4 1/2 skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 1 refrigerated fettuccini noodles
  • course ground pepper - to taste
  • In small saucepan, heat whipping cream and butter until it melts. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese. Cover and keep warm over low heat.
  • Rinse chicken and grill for 12 - 15 minutes. Cut up chicken into desired size.
  • Cook fettuccini according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
  • Mix the sauce, grilled chicken, and fettuccini together; sprinkle with pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
