Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces can whole kernel corn (with juice)
  • 16 ounces can cream corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box jiffy corn meal mix
Container: 8 x 8 baking pan
Directions
COOK
30 mins
  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Pour into an 8 x 8 baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
