Pumpkin Squares Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Container: 10- x 15-inch baking pan

  • Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread the batter in a 10- x 15-inch pan and bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool; then frost with a cream cheese icing if desired.

    Cream Cheese Icing: Combine 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup of softened butter, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
