Bokkepootjes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups coconut
  • Filling
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs yolks
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 cup icing sugar
Directions
Beat egg whites and sugar until very stiff. Fold in coconut. Drop on wax paper, and bake at 275F for 25-30 minutes. To assemble: spread filling on one side of the bokkepootje. Place another on top. Dip ends in chocolate.
