Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
TOPPING:
1 stick butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs

Directions

Mix cake mix, melted butter and beaten eggs; spread on bottom of 9x13 greased pan.

FOr the toppin, mix the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and eggs well. Pour on top of first layer.

Bake at 350° for about an hour or until top is light brown evenly.
