Spicy Cheese Dip Recipe

Everyone loves a good queso dip and this one tops the list. You can control the heat, adding the green chiles or not and chiles can be bought at different heat levels. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef , cooked
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes , drained
  • 1 can green chiles , drained (optional)
  • 1 package Velveeta Cheese (1 lb. package)

  • Brown hamburger and onion, drain.
  • In crock pot combine Velveeta cheese, Rotelle and green chiles; cooked hamburger/onions.
  • Set on low and stir occasionally.
  • If it gets too thick, add a little milk. Keep stirring so it doesn't stick. Serve with tortilla chips. This makes a great appetizer. The green chiles will make it a little spicy.
