  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper, if desired.

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Stir into creamed mixture.

Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Cool on wire rack.

These cookies are filled with everything that is good! Coconut, chocolate, toffee, oatmeal...you name it, this cookie has it. I bet you can't eat just one! These cookies freeze great, too.
