Marshmallow 7 Minute Icing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 marshmallows - cut up
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • few grains of salt
Directions
Put over boiling water in a double boiler after it has been thoroughly mixed, beat with mixer for about 4 minutes. When mixture holds its shape it is done. Add vanilla after removing from the water.
