Spicy Rosemary Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary - chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes - crushed
  • 3 cups water
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • lemon - sliced thin
Container: small saucepan, pitcher, strainer

  • In small saucepan, bring water, sugar, rosemary, and chili pepper to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
  • Strain mixture and cool.
  • In large pitcher, pour 3 cups water and lemon juice. Add cooled syrup.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
