Spicy lemonade? It might sound odd but this beverage recipe, featuring a bold lemon flavor with a bit of a kick and just a hint of rosemary essence, is surprisingly good. Try it and youâ€™ll be convinced.

Spicy Rosemary Lemonade Recipe (+)

Directions

In small saucepan, bring water, sugar, rosemary, and chili pepper to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
Strain mixture and cool.
In large pitcher, pour 3 cups water and lemon juice. Add cooled syrup.
Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.

Container: small saucepan, pitcher, strainer

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

-		1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes - crushed
-		3 cups water
-		2/3 cup lemon juice

"I thought this would taste really weird, but it was terrific--not what I expected at all. I added a little vodka (okay, a lot of vodka) and it tasted like a bloody Mary without the bloody."
