Fiesta Shrimp Kabobs Recipe

Sizzling shrimp kabobs with a south of the border feel. In just a few ingredients that you have on hand in your pantry you can make this favorite anytime.

Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together the garlic, salt, cilantro, red pepper, olive oil, tomato sauce, and red wine vinegar. Add shrimp to the bowl, and stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring once or twice. Preheat grill for medium heat. Assemble the shrimp onto skewers. Cook shrimp on preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque on a lightly oiled grill.

- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped fine
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- package 2 pounds large shrimp with tail on, and deveined
