Pumpkin Carrot Yogurt Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • whipped topping
Directions
In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, pumpkin, carrots, yogurt and vanilla; mix well. Add remaining dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Serve plain or with whipped topping.
