| | Directions | | In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, pumpkin, carrots, yogurt and vanilla; mix well. Add remaining dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Serve plain or with whipped topping. |
