Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons brown mustard - grainy
  • 1 tablespoon shallot - minced
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tobasco sauce or hot sauce

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • It will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
