Ham & Egg Breakfast Brunch Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ham, Cubed
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 7 or 6 large eggs, beat slightly with milk (medium)
  • 3/4 pound Velveeta, American or cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bread, cubed after crusts are removed
Directions
Generously butter glass baking dish, then layer bread cubes, ham and cheese cubes. Pour egg and milk mixture over layers. Refrigerate overnight and bake the next morning - 350° until done.
