Generously butter glass baking dish.

Layer bread cubes, ham and cheese.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and dry mustard.

Pour egg mixture over bread layers.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Uncover and bake the next morning at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.

-1 pound ham, cubed
-3/4 pound Velveeta, American or Cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
-7 eggs
-2 3/4 cups milk
-1 teaspoon dry mustard
