  • 1/4 pound butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salad oil
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf French bread

Mix butter with seeds, cheese, garlic salt and parsley flakes.

Slice French bread in 1-inch slices. Spread each slice with butter mixture. Wrap loaf in foil and bake at 400° until warm, approximately 20 minutes.

This bread is perfect served beside pasta. Foil wrapped bread is a great time saver that you can have ready and refrigerate until baking.
