Ingredients
2 ripe, large avocados, peeled and finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or lime juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt - or to taste
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt or season to taste
3 tablespoons green onions, finely diced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or flat leaf parsley, minced
1/4 cup salsa of choice

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped avocado and lemon juice. Toss to coat avocado completely with juice.
Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
The finished amount of Guacamole made will depend upon the size of avocados. It is best to use large avocados to achieve the desired quantity.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
