  • 2 ripe, large avocados, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt - or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt or season to taste
  • 3 tablespoons green onions, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or flat leaf parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup salsa of choice

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped avocado and lemon juice. Toss to coat avocado completely with juice.
  • Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
  • The finished amount of Guacamole made will depend upon the size of avocados. It is best to use large avocados to achieve the desired quantity.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
