Glazed Raisin Cinnamon Biscuits Recipe

  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla Glaze
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 450°. Mix all ingredients, except Vanilla Glaze, until dough forms; beat 20 strokes. Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2" thick. Cut with 2 1/2" cutter. Bake on greased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes. Spread Vanilla Glaze while warm. Glaze: Beat powdered sugar, water and vanilla until smooth.
