Ingredients
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon poutry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence herb de provence
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper pepper
  • 6 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 1 cup almonds sliced
Container: 1 zip lock back, 9x13 baking dish

  • Combine the first 6 ingredients in a zip lock bag.
  • Place 1 chicken breast in at a time and shake to coat.
  • Place breast in baking dish.
  • Repeat with each breast.
  • Sprinkle any leftover coating over the top of the breasts in dish.
  • Sprinkle slivered almonds over all.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 350° F. for 40 minutes.
  • The breasts are done when there is no pink in the centers.
