Smoky in flavor and spicy in taste, this salsa adds a spark to appetizers, meats, poultry, and fish.
Spicy Roasted Tomato Salsa Recipe (+)
Directions
Heat oven to 400°.
Cut tomatoes in half.
Set them cutside down on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook until skin splits and tomatoes soften. Approximately 10 minutes.
Cool slightly on sheet, then peel off the skins and discard.
Place tomatoes and remaining ingredients in a food processor.
Process until well blended.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Store refrigerated in an air tight container.
