Bean Salad 3 Recipe

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 can yellow beans, drained (16 ounce can)
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained (16 ounce can)
  • 1 Green Pepper, sliced
  • 2 onion, sliced thin (medium)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can green beans, drained (16 ounce can)
  • 1 can lima beans, drained (16 ounce can)
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained (16 ounce can)
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
Combine sugar, salt and vinegar in pan, bring to a boil for 1 minute, cool. Toss all other ingredients together and pour the vinegar mixture over them. Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator, stirring occasionally. Remove from refrigerator and stir well before serving.
