  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Melt the chocolate and cream together in a bowl set over simmering water until just melted. Stir and remove from heat. Simply dip each strawberry into the chocolate and place on waxed or parchment paper to dry.

Drizzle with melted white chocolate, if desired.
