Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • food coloring to tint

  • Combine powdered sugar, water, butter, corn syrup and vanilla in mixer bowl, and mix until moist. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Add more water, if needed. Color with food coloring, if desired.
  • To use as a glaze for cinnamon rolls, quick breads, bundt cakes or other sweets, thin down with more water to get it the desired consistency for glazing.
