Ingredients
1 30 oz. can of black beans - rinsed and drained
1 16 oz. can of diced tomatoes with green chilies- drained
1 12 oz. can of shoe peg corn - drained
1 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion or red onion
1 1/2 cups zesty Italian salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, combine black beans, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, shoe peg corn, and any other ingredients desired.
Mix in the zesty Italian dressing.
Add salt and pepper to taste, stir well, and chill.
