Surprise Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • Ritz crackers
Directions
Mix together mayo, cheese, pecans and onions. Spread on 10" plate. Spread jam on top. Serve with Ritz crackers. Refrigerate until time to serve.
