Mexican Wedding Cakes Recipe (+)
Directions
Cream butter with an electric mixer and then gradually mix in the sugar. Blend in salt, vanilla, flour and pecans. Dough will be stiff. Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll into balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 400° F.
Remove from the oven and roll the cookies in powdered sugar while still hot.
Place cookies on wax paper to cool.
