Irish Snowball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons white creme de cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
  • Whipped Cream
Directions
In a medium saucepan, bring milk just to a boil; remove from heat. Add white chocolate; whisk to blend. Stir in white cream de cocoa and Irish cream liqueur. Top with whipped cream.

Makes 6 servings
