Swiss Almond Cheese Ball Recipe

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese or sharp white cheddar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds (or slivered almonds chopped)

  • In a medium bowl, beat cheeses and Worcestershire sauce with an electric beater until well blended.
  • Shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in chopped almonds.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour and serve with crackers.
