All the good flavors of pumpkin pie without the additional work or calories of a crust!
Pumpkin Pudding Recipe (+)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients together, making sure there are no lumps of pumpkin. Pour into an oiled or buttered baking dish.
Bake just until set - a knife inserted near the center will come out clean - about 45 minutes.
Cool. Serve with a topping of your choice.

1/4 teaspoon cloves
