- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients together, making sure there are no lumps of pumpkin. Pour into an oiled or buttered baking dish.
- Bake just until set - a knife inserted near the center will come out clean - about 45 minutes.
- Cool. Serve with a topping of your choice.
