Tahini Dressing Recipe

Versatile Middle Eastern favorite that can be used as a salad dressing, a dipping sauce, or as a condiment for flavoring a wide range of dishes.

Tahini Dressing Recipe (+)

Directions

In a food processor, combine fresh garlic and salt. Pulse 4-6 times or until blended.
Add tahini and spices, pulse 2 or 3 times.
Add lemon juice and pulse 2 or 3 times. If consistency is too thick, thin with small quantities of water.
Use immediately or refrigerate (this keeps only 1 day).
Serve with raw vegetables, pita triangles, or use as a dressing for salad.

Container: jar with tight fitting lid

-		1 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
-		2 cloves garlic
-		1 teaspoon salt
-		1 teaspoon ground coriander
-		3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
-		1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
