Refrigerator Cucumber Pickles Recipe

Ingredients
  • 7 cups sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 11 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
Directions
Sprinkle salt over vegetable mixture and let stand 1 hour. Drain. Mix sugar, vinegar, chopped onion, celery seed and mustard seed. Pour over vegetable mixture. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Put in container and keep in the refrigerator
