Ham And Cheese Breakfast Cups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 slices ham
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper, diced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ham, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degreese F. Grease muffin cups. Line each muffin cup with a slice of ham.

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.

Add eggs, cheese, green pepper and onion; mix well.

Place a slice of ham in a greased muffin cup. Sprinkle half of the ham into cups. Pour egg mixture to fill and sprinkle with remaining ham.

Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

These cute little tarts will look great on your breakfast plate. Full of flavor and easy to make. Use them for your next brunch.
