Cheesecake 65 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 8" prepared graham cracker crusts
  • FILLING:
  • 1 pound softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix until smooth and pour into two 8" graham cracker crusts. Bake 20 minutes at 325°.

1 pint sour cream

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tspn vanilla

Blend and pour on top of cheesecake. Cover and return to oven for 5 minutes at 250°. Makes 2 8" pies.
