Broccoli Cauliflower Carrot Casserole Recipe

  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 2 bags broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix (frozen)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 pound processed cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
Preheat oven to 350°. Make stuffing as directed on package. Spread into the bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Partially cook the bags of vegetables and then add the cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour over the stuffing mix. Melt the cheese and butter and then pour over the vegetables. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
