Sweet Potato Dumplings 3 Recipe

  • 1 family size can Sweet Potatoes (drained) (large)
  • 2 cans Layered Canned Biscuits or Crescent Rolls (cut to wrap around potatoes)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
Combine Sugar and Water in bottom of casserole dish. Take bite size pieces of sweet potato and wrap with biscuit or crescent roll. (I can usually wrap 2 to 4 pieces of sweet potato for each biscuit or crescent roll. Once potatoes are rolled in bread put in sugar and water mixture in a single layer.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
